ABHR attorneys represent cities and counties in the greater Houston area as bond counsel for the issuance of general obligation bonds and certificates of obligation and in the negotiation of economic development contracts. ABHR also serves as underwriters' counsel and disclosure counsel in the sale of general obligation debt by cities and counties.
