Areas of Emphasis and Related Experience. With a background in commercial litigation, Ms. Dorman has broad
experience in counseling clients in general business practices and
preventative planning; negotiating, reviewing, drafting and litigating
contracts; and creating collaborative solutions to concerns and issues
arising in the commercial context. Her practice with the firm will
focus on municipal utility districts and land development matters.

Litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dorman was an associate at
Butler & Binion and a senior associate at Weycer, Kaplan, Pulaski
& Zuber, P.C. and at Zimmerman, Axelrad, Meyer, Stern & Wise,
P.C. Ms. Dorman has lectured on employment law matters and has served
as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston School of Law.
